- Festival and event-based greetings and content kits
- Brand customization and team branding tools
- Schedule-based publishing and export options
Plan tiers
Our services are offered under various subscription plans (e.g., Trial, Monthly, Annual), each granting different levels of access. No part of our service includes website hosting, domain registration, or custom development outside of the provided tools.
2. Eligibility, Account Creation & Responsibility
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province or jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
Your responsibilities as a user
postlii.ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Do not share access to your account or distribute platform access to third parties
- Accept full responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at info@postlii.ca if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
3. Ownership, Licensing & Intellectual Property
All templates, tools, UI/UX design elements, brand assets, scripts, and proprietary content on postlii.ca are the sole property of postlii.ca and/or its licensors. They are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in Canada and internationally.
When you subscribe, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform content strictly for internal business use. You may not sublicense, resell, reproduce, share, distribute, or replicate any template or tool in any form. Unauthorized reproduction, repackaging, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
This license automatically terminates if you violate any part of these Terms.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Payment Terms
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
- Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle based on the selected plan
- Payments are collected through third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or others we may use
- By purchasing a plan, you authorize postlii.ca to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
4.2 Auto-Renewal & Cancellations
- All subscription plans automatically renew unless explicitly canceled before the renewal date
- Cancellations can be managed from your user dashboard or by contacting our team before the renewal deadline
- Canceling your subscription prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for the current cycle
4.3 Taxes
- Applicable taxes (e.g., HST, GST) will be charged based on your location
- You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes associated with your use of the Services
5. Refund Policy
Because our digital products are accessible immediately after payment, all purchases are final.
There will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or non-usage, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding of features, or missed cancellations before the renewal date.
By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree that access to digital content constitutes delivery of service and voids eligibility for refunds under Canadian and international e-commerce law.
6. User Content & Responsibility
You may be allowed to upload branding elements like logos, names, images, and property information for use in templates. By submitting such content, you agree:
- You have full legal rights to the content you upload
- You will not upload illegal, obscene, defamatory, or copyrighted material without permission
- You assume full legal responsibility for the use and consequences of content you generate
Our content moderation rights
You also agree that postlii.ca may review, moderate, or remove content that violates legal or ethical standards; retain anonymized metadata for platform improvement; and restrict access or terminate services if your content breaches these terms.
7. Access Restrictions & Termination
Your access to postlii.ca is directly linked to your subscription status.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if your subscription expires or fails to renew, you violate any part of these Terms, or we suspect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
Upon termination, you will lose access to all premium features and stored content. Your data may be deleted after a retention period unless legally required to retain. You will not be eligible for refunds.
8. Platform Maintenance & Service Availability
While we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service interruptions may occur due to routine maintenance or system upgrades, issues with third-party integrations or payment gateways, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).
We will strive to give reasonable notice of maintenance and minimize disruptions. However, postlii.ca is not liable for any business losses arising from downtime.
9. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranty
All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. postlii.ca disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, guaranteed business results, and compatibility with your devices or software.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall postlii.ca be liable for loss of business, profits, revenue, or data; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or legal or regulatory violations arising from misuse of our templates or tools.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 6 months for our Services.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on postlii.ca with an updated "Effective Date" and may notify you via email or platform announcements.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario for any disputes, waiver of any class action rights, and resolution through direct negotiation or arbitration when possible.
